  • The nice thing about working with David is not only he was our realtor, but also he arranged for the loans, pre-qualified us and made the entire process easy. We have a 3 weeks gap between closing escrow in Santa Monica and moving to our new place in Beverly Hills. David professionally handled the situation and was able to negotiate with the buyer to allow us stay 3 weeks in the house we sold before moving out and into our newer place. It would have been a disaster for my wife and I to move twice in three weeks with 3 small kids
